Role: Large Format Finishing Operative
Full Time | Permanent | NE Display | North East NE Display is a fast-growing large format print and exhibition business delivering high-impact visual solutions across the UK. We’re ambitious, quality-driven and building for the future, including investing in more sustainable production processes as part of our ESG commitment. We’re now looking for a Large Format Finishing Operative to strengthen our Operations team. This is not just a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be hands-on in finishing, but also out on site installing work and seeing projects through to completion. We want someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of the full journey.
What You’ll Do
● Operate CNC cutting tables, laminators and finishing equipment
● Carry out quality control checks with precision and attention to detail
● Troubleshoot and maintain production flow
● Work closely with Studio, Production and Despatch teams
● Support and lead installation work on-site
● Take ownership of projects from finishing to delivery
You’ll be trusted to do the job properly. We value people who take responsibility and care about outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience in large format print or finishing (preferred but not essential)
● Has experience operating CNC cutting equipment, laminators or similar machinery (preferred but not essential)
● Is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
● s confident working independently and as part of a team
● Is comfortable working on-site and representing the company professionally
● Has a proactive mindset and takes responsibility
● Wants to grow with a business that is investing in its future

37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, day shift, however there may be the occasional evening and weekend paid in lieu time).
